James “Kimo” Cuizon

President & Chief Executive Officer

James “Kimo” Cuizon has served as NEI’s president & CEO since 2015.  Kimo oversees the overall operation of the organization, which includes 6 business lines, 8 work sites and a total of 65 employees on the island of Oahu.  James has over 24 years of business leadership experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit industries. James holds an undergraduate degree from Hawaii Pacific University.  In his free time, James is an accomplished endurance athlete who, while disabled due to Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, has competed in world renowned races such as the Boston Marathon and podium finishes at the Xterra Trail Run World Championships and the Kona Ironman World Championships.

Sharon Domingo

Executive Assistant / Human Resources

Sharon has been with NEI for 14 years and has worked at the Administration Department since she started. She assists the President/CEO, Accounting Department, Employment Division, the Project Managers from other worksites and she is also the Supervisor for the document scanner employees for NEI’s VWATS Paid Work Experience. She is responsible for managing and monitoring the office; deals with human resources issues, coordinates and schedules meetings, assists the project managers from all worksites, process payroll for the accounting department, assists with proposals and process documents that are turn-in to Administration. She reports directly with the President/CEO.

Ann Yoshida

Transition Program Director

In 2018, Ann Yoshida joined the NEi team as the transition program director. She works out of the Dillingham office where she is innovating the practices of the employment and transition divisions. Ann obtained a Bachelor’s in Speech Pathology and Audiology, a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Doctorate in Occupational therapy. She has worked in private rehabilitation, State vocational rehab, Education and Clinical rehabilitation. She believes in the power of occupational identity and feels community settings such as NEi is a great fit to make a creative impact on inclusion. Her passion is to ignite the extraordinary in individuals as they identify their strengths and roles in society, they learn to live their extraordinary.

Hi, I’m Neysa Miller I work with the Employment Division as an Employment Division Coordinator.  I have been with NEi for over 10 years. I work with DVR management, support staff and counselors.  I’ve seen NEi continuously grow and change according to the needs of the population that we serve and work with.   I look forward to working with all of you and providing exciting opportunities for your students transitioning out of school and into the world of work.  

Alana Wegel

Alana is an Employment Specialist with NEi who infuses her life and work with her passion for health and wellness. She strives not only to put our consumers into meaningful employment, but to coach each individual to personal greatness as well. Alana obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences and worked in education for many years. She is also a certified e-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She has taught yoga and fitness for over a decade, in addition to mentoring beginner and advanced teacher-trainings. Her love of people and the desire to do more was the catalyst for Alana to go back to school and pursue her Master’s degree in Psychology, which she completed in June 2020. In her free time, Alana loves to surf, dance, sing, play music, paint, write, travel and spend time with loved ones.

Hickam Commissary Shelf Stocking and Custodial Services

Grace Dumlao

Grace has successfully overseen the shelf stocking and custodial operations at the Hickam Commissary, 20 Hickam Court JBPHH Facility for the past fifteen (15) years, 9 of which has been Project Manager with NEI; prior position is Shelf Stocking Supervisor. NEI’s Project Manager responsibilities includes training of all team members, responsible on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of this contract and be responsible for the overall management and coordination of work. This position reports to the President & CEO.

Emiline “Emi” Quidez

Emi Quidez, Project Manager: Emi has successfully overseen custodial operations at the 15 MDG JBPHH Facilities for the past twenty-five (25) years, 18 of which has been Project Manager with NEI. NEI’s Project Manager responsibilities include training of all team members and daily quality inspections of performance. Emi has successfully helped over one hundred employees during her time with Network Enterprises Inc. She plays a critical role in NEI’s daily operation and she reports directly to the President & CEO. In her free time Emi loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two daughters.

Brent Bowlin

Site Safety Health Officer / Quality Manager

Brent Bowlin, Quality Manager and Site Safety Health Officer: Brent is a recent addition to the NEI team. Brent holds a BS degree in Operational Supply Chain Management and General Management from Kansas State University. He has over a decade of experience working as a safety and health manager, he has prepared and managed the safety program for multiple facilities in accordance with company, OSHA, DOT, EMS 385-1-1, and Federal Compliance standards. Brent also managed the quality assurance program for multiple subcontractors where he complied and implemented action plans to ensure the contracted services were achieved. He reports directly to the CEO. In his free time Brent loves to participate in beach clean ups and enjoys paddle boarding in Hawaii.

Carmel “Mel” Calo: Carmelo is the Project Manager of NEI in the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands in Kapolei since 2017. He ensures successful training and oversight of staff and ensures that DHHL is a well kept, clean and hazard free facility for all.
